The November 6 Grand Opening of the Memorial Healing Garden at Oregon at Oregon State Penitentiary, capping a 4-year project which began with a proposal for a koi pond from AIC (Adults in Custody) Asian Pacific Family Club members but turned into a first of its kind Japanese garden.
