About Us
Capital Community Media is a multimedia center in the greater Salem area that provides local content, education, and a platform for people who want to hear and be heard by their community.
Backbone, the name given the Mid-Willamette Valley Homeless Alliance Youth Action Board, is the youth-led initiative within the the agency to end youth homelessness in the Marion and Polk Region. It's President, Kloi Spencer, tells her own journey out of homelessness and what she thinks it will take to truly end it in our community.
