Program Description
Yum! This dinner features Debra and Alyssa cooking up Middle Eastern delights:
Shashuka, a thick stew of onions, peppers, tomatoes and spices baked with eggs
Spiced lamb patties served with a sauce of yogurt, za'atar and pine nuts
Moroccan salad of carrots, cabbage, olives
Halva (crushed sesame seeds with chocolate ganache for dessert
