Cherry Blossom Day 2023 on March 18 is the first to be held since 2019, this time as an all-outdoor at Oregon State Capitol. Held annually the third Saturday in March, the state event honors the Japanese custom of celebrating the return of cherry blossoms that mark the beginning of Spring. Stacy Nalley, State Capitol Public Outreach Coordinator talks about this year's family-centered events to enjoy, as well as the Spring Break Passport to Fun event, March 27-31.
