Yoga instructor, Gwenn Jones, features these focused yoga postures for hip and pelvic stability. Stabilizing this region assists us in walking, standing and sitting. Good stabilization reduces injuries and muscle imbalances. Follow along, practice, rewind and feel better. You will need a large book or yoga block for one standing maneuver. Always focus on a tight core when performing any yoga postures (asana). Have fun, and repeat!
