A preview of World Beat 2023 with Kathleeen Fish, World Beat Executive Director and Assistant Director Joe Romero. Kathleen and her friend Mona Hayes were two mothers who conceived of the idea of a multicultural summertime event after a troubling racial incident in the late 1990s.
