Program Playtimes Local poets create a book of poems, "Salem Means Peace:, to help fund a new home for "The River of Peace," Salem's beloved community made mosaic. It has been in storage since the 2019 demolition of the Family YMCA where it enchanted young and old for years. Guests Eleanor Berry, Marilyn Johnson and mosaic artist Lynn Takata talk about the creation of the mosaic by more than 600 people, and the role poetry played in its creation.
