Program Description
CCTV partnered with inmates at the Oregon State Penitentiary to record the 42 Annual OSP Car and Bike Show held July 13, 2019 inside prison walls. Nearly all of the 130 entrants rate the show as the best around due to the inmate attention to detail and unmatched hospitality.
