In order to create a character from your imagination, you need to reference what already exists. By practicing observational drawings your memory becomes a visual library. This library can be used to invent and create unique characters.Collecting model animal models provides an important library for reference. This excercise is building a brain muscle memory that is prized by the industrial arts of Film, Animation and the Game Industry.
