Kentucky Pterosaur Encounter

Program Playtimes

Our guest today lives in Kentucky, on the evening of August the 29th 2010, he witnessed what can only be described as a member of the Rhamphorhynchidae. This particular group of pterosaurs were said to have died out 150-155 million years ago, or so we thought. As with most of our guests who are willing to come forward, Ben Partridge believes these amazing flyers are still alive today, and that they posses amazing capabilities such as the use of camouflage. Rhamphorhynchoids usually do not sport head crests, which makes the sighting the more fantastic and special. Guest: Ben Partridge, Garth Guessman, Jordan Henrichs, Bob Mahler
