Program Description
On September 13th we welcomed Colt Gill, Director of the Oregon Department of Education and Deputy
Superintendent of Public Education, who was the keynote speaker at our Forum Speaker Series event. We also awarded Tiffany and Mark Bulgin with the Spirit of Salem Award for their generous contributions to the residents of
Salem.
