Program Description
Accompany Sandy and Gail on their trip to Israel and Jordan, including travel through the Negev, Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, Petra, and Wadi Rum. In an Earthwatch adventure on the first week of their trip, Sandy and Gail net and tag a few of the 2 billion migratory birds that annually fly over Eilat from Africa to Europe. Additionally experience a flood in the desert, the buoyancy of the Dead Sea, a Bedouin bed & breakfast, lunch with the Druze, and terrorism in Netanya.
