Presenter Larry Scruggs: "We will be discussing the history of oligarchy in the United States and its three phases: the Agricultural Oligarchs of the 18th Century, the Industrial Oligarchs of the 19th Century, and the Tech Oligarchs of the 20th Century. Included will be discussion of Civil Rights, White Nationalism, and Theocracy in the country. Questions and audience participation are encouraged. Education: BS in Law Enforcement, MS in General Studies-Social Science, Ph.D. in Urban Studies, Policy Analysis and Social Change. Dissertation on Unrelated Business Enterprises by Nonprofit Organizations.
