Program Description
A severe crisis of cat overpopulation in the Mid-Willamette Valley is a heart-breaking reality for rescuers who struggle to keep up with the high number of abandoned and feral cats. InSight OnSite goes to Oregon Humane Salem Campus (formerly Willamette Humane Society) to see how its high quality, low cost spay/neuter clinic manages this population through its Trap-Neuter-Return program, where they are returned to their original habitat. We learn about adopting pets while visiting with Atlas, a friendly young dog, and how pets and their parents build stronger bonds through training classes. Learn more at: oregonhumane.org
