Program Description
On October 19, 2026, the Salem Chamber’s Forum Speaker Series continued its 2026–2027 season with a special
presentation featuring U.S. Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon.
Senator Wyden shared insights on topics impacting Oregon and its communities. The discussion provided attendees with an
opportunity to hear directly from their U.S. senator, learn more about current issues at the federal level, and gain perspective on
matters affecting local businesses, residents, and the state’s future.
The event encouraged meaningful conversation and civic engagement, bringing together members of the Salem business
community to discuss important issues facing Oregon.
Thank you to Hunter Communications for serving as our October Forum Speaker Series Luncheon Sponsor, and to Senator
Wyden and everyone who attended and participated in this important community conversation.
